yes and they forget the logistical nightmare of putting 25 reactors in tasmania to reduce the effects of nuclear contamination...
One of the other things I havent seen mentioned anywhere is the effect the drought is having on power. Both coal and nuclear reactors require water for cooling, converting to steam to move turbines etc. Have you seen the productivity levels of a coal fired power station which has no water intake? It's on par with your average output of a politician.
